April is a lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish. As a Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother, she has dedicated most of her life, involved in her children’s schools, her church, and community.

Her busy lifestyle included a career in administrative work. She has had a variety of occupations in Terrebonne Parish and retained longevity with

all of them.

Becoming a prayer member of Heal Our Land, in the Summer of 2020, is how God brought her to where she is today; praying God would lead and guide her to use the gifts He has given her. She offers these Gifts to We The People Bayou, daily. She is always willing to learn more, for the betterment of the organization.

Her hobbies and interests include being with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, music (guitar and vocals), music ministry, writing, singing at local assisted living and nursing homes, reading, independent beauty consultant for a skincare company, poll worker, member of Houma Elks Lodge #1193, Board Member of Terrebonne Arc (TARC), fishing, gardening, cooking, sewing, camping and much more.
